Normally people think to learn musical instruments you will have to start young but to be honest it is never too late to learn any instrument. If you are looking to learn to play pianos , I recommend learning from the expert other than taking lessons online. As you are a new starter it is hard for you to understand the keys/codes so it is wise for someone who is an expert to be there and hold your hand till you get used to the codes.
First thing you need to decide is whether to start learning on digital piano or acoustic piano. An acoustic instrument is always the best to start with no matter which music instrument you want to learn. This is simply because it generates the original sound. Acoustic piano keys have a heavy touch, so when you start playing these pianos your fingers will get use to playing light touch pianos such as keyboard pianos. The only negative thin I can think about an acoustic piano is the size, whether you have enough space in your house to fit one.
If you start learning with digital pianos, the disadvantage would be that you will find it difficult to play the acoustic piano because of it’s heavy keys. Not only piano but many guitar learners will face the same piano if they learn from electric guitars, it’s hard for them to play acoustic guitars.
Another advantage acoustic has over digital is it has long life and if something goes wrong with digital piano then it will cost you a fortune to fix it. Digital pianos are mostly used in concerts to give digital sound and by many musicians and recording artists. They can use it to create background music and do all sort of other things.
I started playing the piano when I was 4 years old. Acoustic is what I chose even what my parents chose for me to start playing the piano and now after 23 years of playing a piano, I can confidently say that acoustic has a better and original sound than the digital piano. Doesn’t matter if you are playing acoustic guitars or acoustic pianos it’s always good to start early.
It all depends on the reason you are learning to play the piano. Is it for your kids? Is it for fun purpose? Is it for just to have a play about with your mates?

This is a priceless secret that most DJs don’t take seriously enough. So, go out there and invest in your education to become a better hip hop producer.
Step 3: Establish Your Own Style
Instead of copying one famous DJ, expand your horizons. Listen to their rap beats and hip hop instrumentals. Find out what you like and combine your favorite aspects of different styles so as to create a new one that is unique to you. If you don’t have your own style, you will never stand out from the crowd, and no-one will ever remember you.
Step 4: Find An Accountability Partner
The process of becoming a successful DJ can be a lonely task, which is why you want to find an accountability partner that you can talk to and be accountable to. It’s easy to slack off and not work on your beats if you are on the journey yourself. But if you have an accountability partner, you can motivate each other and push one another to be the best that you possibly can be.
Having an accountability partner is actually good pressure to have. This will help you develop a good work ethic and a natural habit of consistently working on your hip hop and rap beats. Getting an accountability partner will see you make much quicker progress than you would do on yourself.
Step 5: Teach Someone Else How To Create Rap Beats
You will greatly improve your own rap beat making skills by teaching someone else how to do it. When you teach someone how to do something, you have to go over the basics again in your own mind. You will develop a better, and more precise, understanding of the fundamental points of creating rap beats. This will help make you a better hip hop DJ yourself.
So, go find yourself your own little apprentice. Recruit a student who loves hip hop and who also wants to be a great hip hop DJ. Teach that person what you have learned. Not only will you be doing a good deed, but you will see the rate of your own progress increasing. It’s a situation in which everyone is a winner!
